SF XML Data Model

The SAP SuccessFactors Data Models use XML. Can download these XML files from Provisioning. Then work with the files in an XML editor of your choice and edit them offline. And upload these modified files back to the company instance you are working with in provisioning.
Once the initial implementation is complete, you can also modify the data model files from Admin Center using the Business Configuration UI or BCUI.
